Attorney Todd C. Buss
Todd C. Buss received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1986 and his law degree in 1990 from the Hamline University School of Law.
Upon graduation from law school, he worked for a general practice law firm for several years focusing on civil litigation, banking law, criminal law, consumer protection, family law and real estate. He also served as an assistant City Attorney prosecuting violations in municipal court.
In 1998, Mr. Buss started his own law firm called the Buss Law Office. The firm, now called the Buss Law Offices, LLC, has limited its practice areas to consumer bankruptcy and primarily represents consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Wisconsin, NACA (National Association of Consumer Attorneys) and NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys).
